Shipping Policy



All orders will be processed within one to two working days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on public holidays.


We offer free standard shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Orders to different countries with a purchase amount under €109.95, and/or orders sent outside the European Union, may not qualify for free standard shipping

We ship to almost every country of the world, with a few specific exceptions where particular circumstances apply. If the country you are shipping to is not listed, please contact us, and we will inform you personally about the delivery fee to that address.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders to the specified delivery address within the estimated delivery timeframes. However, if we experience a high volume of orders or other unforeseen issues, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit days to account for potential delays. We will contact you by email if there is any delay in shipping your order.

If shipping is delayed, or the shipment cannot be fully or partially completed, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after you have placed your order. In this situation, you have the right to dissolve the contract without penalty.


You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


You must inform our customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours when having received the order) by e-mailor telephone, if you:

  • receive your order in a damaged or incomplete state;
  • receive products that you did not order; or
  • do not receive your order.

We will determine the appropriate course of action. You must always inform us in these situations and await our instructions.

If you return one or more products at your own cost without first contacting us and receiving instructions, you cannot claim shipping costs from us (nor hold us responsible) for the return shipment undertaken without prior authorisation.

To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, we will provide a suitable solution for you as promptly as possible. If an order is lost in transit or you claim non-receipt (despite tracking information), we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will usually await the outcome of this process. If the carrier declares the shipment lost, a replacement product will be sent or the purchase price refunded. You agree to fully cooperate with any investigation by our shipping carrier.

 The risk of damage and/or loss of the shipment remains with us until delivery of the order to the specified address, unless agreed otherwise. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
