1 RIGHT OF RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items you ordered within 30 days, from the day that you received your order. This also applies to special offers and sale items.

To initiate an exchange or return by post, please follow these steps:

1. Send the items back to the address provided. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item by mail.
2. Non-EU customers must include a commercial invoice. Please inquire about the specific process for including a commercial invoice with your package.
3. Before returning the item, we kindly ask you to register your return online.

2 RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

 As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal on delivery of services respectively on distance sales. This means that you may try on the item as you would in a store. Are you not satisfied with your item? You have a reflection period of 14 days after receiving your order.

3 REFUND INFORMATION

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after processing the return, including the full purchase amount, shipping and payment costs. If the return includes part of the order, only the purchase amount of the items will be refunded. 

Refunds may be delayed until we have received the products or until you have proved that you have returned them.
